What is the warranty period for the products I ordered?

From the date of retail product purchase, you are eligible for a one-year limited warranty support. If you are a customer in Germany, in accordance with applicable local laws, you will enjoy a two-year limited warranty support.

Furthermore, we offer an extended warranty plan for registered members, which applies to the hosts of TESmart KVM switch series products. Please note that non-KVM series products (such as matrices, HDMI distributors, KVM extenders, etc.) and accessories (such as cables, remote controls, power adapters, etc.) are not covered by the registered extended warranty plan.

The registered extended warranty plan is applicable to customers in the United States, European Union, and Japan who order from the TESmart brand-operated website or Amazon store.
