Order Tracking/Shipment Status FAQ

1. How can I track my order?

You can visit our website's “support”---> "Tracking Order" and use your order number or tracking number to view the shipping status of your order(as shown below).  If you still can't find your logistics information, you can contact us through the chatbox in the bottom right corner of the website or by sending an email to service@tesmart.com.

2. What should I do if my order is marked as delivered but I haven't received it?

Please check first if your delivery address is correct. When the courier finds that you are not at home or unable to contact you, they may leave your package in your mailbox, lobby, reception area, or with a neighbor. Check these locations or ask your neighbors and anyone you may share a residence with if the package has been delivered to them. If not found, contact the courier directly, providing your order number and detailed information for them to investigate and provide further assistance. Directly contacting the courier will be more effective than us reaching out. Feel free to contact our customer service team if needed.

3. What should I do if my package is returned to the sender?

Due to an incorrect or incomplete delivery address, your package may be returned to the original sender. Please contact the TESmart Customer Support team and provide us with the correct delivery address, and we will arrange a replacement for you.
