Order Modification FAQ
1. Can I modify/cancel my order?
If you discover that you have purchased the wrong product model or need to make modifications to your order information, we can assist you in canceling the order and allow you to repurchase the correct product, provided that the order has not been shipped.
2. How can I cancel and modify an order?
Please contact us through the chatbox in the bottom right corner of the website or by sending an email to service@tesmart.com ASAP. We will assist you in canceling the order and provide support to ensure you can purchase the correct products you desire.
3. What if the order has already been shipped? Can it be modified or canceled?
Unfortunately, once the order has been shipped, we are unable to modify or cancel it. In such cases, please contact our customer service team immediately. Upon understanding the situation, you can choose to reject the package upon delivery and return it. We will follow up on your returned package and process your refund as soon as possible within five working days of receiving the returned items. Please proceed with rejecting and returning the package only after confirmation with our customer service. Packages returned independently will not be accepted. We recommend contacting us promptly after order confirmation to avoid unnecessary inconvenience
