1. Which logitech wireless keyboards & mouse are supported (IE the logitech unifying software)? & Dose it support USB 3.0 keyboard? My game keyboard requires USB 3.0. & Does the USB port support my game keyboard and mouse?

Sorry, This is a matrix, it does not support keyboard or mouse. You need to connect keyboard and mouse to your computer. I guess what you need is a KVM switch.

2. How does volume control work with a receiver, this device, and 3 TV's?

Volume control is either on the target TV or the source device.

3. When switching screen B to match screen A, would screen A go blank to resync?

Screen A will not be affected. The characteristic of our matrix is that you can choose the signal source of each screen at will. If you select the same input source for screen B and screen A, the two screens will show the same picture.

1. HMA0402A1U

• Can I still do 1x2 with this?

Of course, you just need to switch the signal source of both monitors to the same one, then this matrix can become a 1x2 splitter.

• Does this support mixed output resolutions for the same input (IE: 4K and 1080P simultaneously)?

In this case, both monitors will output 1080P, that is, the resolution of the matrix output is based on the resolution of the display with the lower resolution. If you need splitter, and achieve 4K and 1080p output at the same time, you can choose our splitter products.

• When switching screen B to match screen A, would screen A go blank to resync?

• Hi, does it able to uses for live stream with seamless?

NO, this HMA0404A60 does not support seamless switching. But our HMA0404A70 supports live stream with seamless, it also supports the video wall function.

• In splitter mode (same input to two monitors), what if one monitor is HD (1080p) and the other is UHD (4K)?

• How is handling different (mixed) resolution on the output and/ or input? mostly between 1080p and 4K. I have one 4K TV and two 1080p monitors?

If you choose the same input source on this Matrix for your one 4K TV and two 1080p monitors, they will all output in 1080p (Automatically recognize and adapt the lowest resolution of monitors so that all monitors can output pictures).

• What are the dimensions? Need to fit this in a rack. Is it rackmountable?

The size of this unit is 308 (L) x 150 (W) x 44.5 (H) mm. It can be installed in the rack cabinet through the lug.

• Does the USB port support logitech wireless keyboard and mouse?

No, keyboard and mouse cannot be connected to the matrix, but the KVM switch can be connected.

• Can it send 1 input to 4 screens to make it one large screen?

This HMA0404A1U does not support the 2x2 video wall function. But another model of HMA0404A70 supports Quad Multi-viewer Mode (2x2 video wall controller function).

• Can I do a 1x3 set up with this? For example 3 separate monitors showing 3 different sources or same source viewed over the 3 monitors as on picture?

Sure! This HDMI matrix supports up to 4 separate monitors showing 4 different sources or same source viewed over the 4 moniters.

Sorry, For now, it only supports resolution up to 3840x2160@30Hz.

• Is this fully 3D compliant? I ordered a different switch recently, claiming it was 3D compliant... but did not work with my 3D blu-ray properly.

Yes , it is compatible with fully 3D. The 3D blue-ray needs support the HDCP and this 4*4 matrix support HDCP 1.4.

Yes. Our matrix has an EDID emulator and a "seamless" feature. Therefore, when the display is switched, the display will remain the same, will not change, will not be black, will not flicker, and will be displayed immediately without delay.

• Could this be used to share 4 monitors between 4 computers?

Yes, this HDMI matrix supports up to 8 separate monitors showing 8 different sources or same source viewed over the 8 moniters.

• Can I connect multiple game consoles such as PS5, Xbox series x and nintendo switch to this matrix?

Yes, with HMA0808A30 can multiple devices be connected. You can connect up to 8 input sources at the same time.
