Overview
SmartClip is a companion software designed for compatible TESmart KVM switches. Currently, it is only supported by the DKS202-MC24 model.
It enables real-time clipboard sharing between connected computers, helping users improve workflow efficiency and easily transfer text or data across systems.

Installation Instructions
1. Download the SmartClip software package.
2. Extract the file if necessary.
3. Run the installation file and follow the on-screen instructions.
4. Restart the software after installation is complete.
Notes
1. SmartClip functionality requires a compatible TESmart KVM model. Make sure the KVM is powered on before launching the software.
2. Please make sure your KVM firmware and software version are compatible before use.
3. If you experience any issues during installation or operation, please contact TESmart Support at service@tesmart.com for assistance.
Incompatibility Notice
The SmartClip software is currently incompatible with macOS 27.
Issue Description
The main symptom is that SmartClip may crash after a left mouse click.
Cause
This issue is caused by compatibility problems between the SmartClip development framework and macOS 27.
Fix in Progress
We are working urgently to resolve this compatibility issue. However, additional time is needed to complete the necessary fixes and testing.
Important Notice
For existing customers: If you have already purchased the DKS202-MC24 and use a Mac running macOS 27, please check the product page on our official website for updates on compatibility and the fix.
For prospective customers: If your setup includes a Mac running macOS 27, please be aware of this limitation before purchasing, as SmartClip is currently incompatible with this operating system.
