Upgrade Guide

Written before the upgrade: The upgrade requires the upgrade tool and the corresponding file provided. Please download them on your computer in advance.

Step 1: Turn on the KVM Switch, and make sure to switch the KVM to the PC1 input.

Step 2: Use a USB-C cable to connect the laptop to the PC 1 input“A”port on the KVM. (Or use a USB-A to USB-B cable to connect to PC 2 USB input port.)

Note: If you have connected and used the KVM for a while, you do not need toreconnect. Make sure in advance that when you switch the KVM to PC1 input, the keyboard and mouse connected to the KVM can work normally on the laptop connected to PC 1 input port. If not, please directly connect your keyboard and mouse to your laptop to process the upgrade.

Step 3: Run the upgrade tool "KVM firmware upgrade tool(V1.1).exe" on the laptop connected.

Note: This upgrade tool can only run on Windows System

Step 4: Click on "Connect", you will see the following information:

Ensure that the Manufacturer and Product are identified as "TESmart" and

"HDC202-P23"

Step 5: Select the file named "HDC202-P23_KM_-SOFMUS2-CH545-V00X.bin" to upgrade.

Step 6: Click "Start" to process the upgrade.

Step 7: The upgrade process is complete. Please reboot the KVM.
